It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Boredom!

Wow, a lot has happened since we've last spoken. I've had two major concerns that I am working on fixing. The first one is my health. Over the last few years, the radio business has lead me into a pretty unhealthy lifestyle. Djing on the side doesn't help either. I'm stuck with long, awkward hours, which is ok for money sometimes, but not okay for eating and exercising. I lost about 20lbs a few months back, but got extremely stressed and felt unable to keep going.

Fortunately, my girlfriend wants to run a 5k with me in a few months, so we started training together. I like having someone to workout with, because she becomes sort of a coach to me and vice versa. Maybe not wanting to let her down leads me to train harder. We've both been using Rundouble's "Couch to 5k" app for androids. If you are looking for a gentle way to get back into shape, this one is definitely worth a try.

It can be found at here. It's free for the first two weeks, but you have to pay like $1:60 for the rest of the course. It's a very small price to pay for good health. Not to mention, it's jam packed with a lot of great features. If any of you join, let me know!

I've also been working on doing more pushups. I need to get rid of my moobs (man boobs). They aren't bad now, but I want to nip it in the bud. I found a cool app for that too.

It's here. That one is 100% free. I'll keep you guys posted on how well I do with both of these.

My other concern of late is the same as everyone's; money. I left OCB a while back and started DJing on the side. It helps, but it doesn't help enough. I'm trying to find ways to get a little change for me to play with. I've joined this online thing called Cash Texts. They just started up, but they send you awesome coupons by way of text messaging. The coupons are pretty sweet, but the icing on the cake is that you get paid to receive the texts. You don't get paid a lot, but if you refer people you can get paid a lot.

Well enough of that for now. I have some other stuff I want to talk about, but I don't like having long blogs. Peace out people!
